This document is the requirements section of the checklist used by auditors. This checklist, which details each individual requirement of the Plant Health Management Standard - version 1.3.1, can also be used by scheme members and applicants to conduct a self-assessment (i.e. PHMS requirement 8.2) or an internal audit (for multi-site auditing options B and C).
